The Rise Collective was created to document your child’s growth, year after year… unposed and natural, just as children are meant to be. I will document your child as they are today, so you can remember it forever.

Shortly following your session you will be presented with a gallery of images from you which you can select your favorite three of each child/sibling set purchased. You will have the option to upgrade to the full gallery. All images will be presented only in classic black and white. Color will not available.

02.PURE PORTRAITS. NO CHEESE.
These pure and natural portraits are real moments, in the moment. Your child will be expected to be themselves. Smiles or not, laughter or wonder, twirling or lounging. Sibling portraits will be wild and organic. This is not your smile-for-the-camera session.
The unstyled style
(no shoes allowed)
The Rise portrait should be stylized, yet the ultimate in casual. Knit rompers, overalls, worn denim with no shirt, baby bloomers with a darling knit sweater. This look demands to be simple, child-friendly and just a little undressed.
Allow hair to be end-of-summer messy in pigtails with tendrils falling.
Though these images will be classic black and white portraits, I still recommend using lighter, neutral tones + lots of texture such as linen, denim, knit, and small floral patterns. Children styled with siblings should wear similar color tones. Do not be afraid to forego shirts or replace pants with bloomers.
